Zoazi will create a customised training plan designed specifically for you and your unique running goals. Our short, interactive questionnaire helps us gather information on your current fitness level, your availability to run and your ultimate goals. In a few taps and a matter of moments youll have a personal training plan.
Your custom running plan will be guiding you from the moment you first lace up your trainers to the moment you cross the finish line! Each session is marked on our interactive training calendar, along with a detailed description of what to do. The calendar is editable so if you need to move sessions around it is as easy as dragging and dropping. Watch your charts update and your stats grow as you provide feedback for each session, helping you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Zoazis training plans arent just customisable at creation. You can change your plan at any time. A number of training settings including paces, session duration and availability can be adjusted throughout your plan. You can even update the plans length or the distance you are training for. Zoazi will recalculate the remainder of your plan based on the changes you make.
